My client, a multi-site firm with offices throughout Lancashire is looking to add to their extensive Family team by the appointment of an experienced Family Law Paralegal.
Working alongside an experienced Family Solicitor working on mainly privately funded family matters, the role includes dealing with clients, drafting documentation, producing court bundles and all duties to support the work of the Solicitor with their caseload of:
- Divorce & Finances
- Prenuptual Agreements
- Civil Partnerships
Additionally, there may be wider support to the Family team with both publicly and privately funded matters such as:
- Adoption
- Care proceedings
- Child arrangements
- Domestic violence
With a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, possess an eye for detail and demonstrate initiative and the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
