My client, a dynamic, modern and highly successful firm, with offices based in the heart of Liverpool is seeking to appoint a professional, respected and knowledgeable Housing Disrepair Solicitor to take up the newly created Department Head role.
A strong Housing Disrepair Litigator, the role is varied and interesting and includes:
- Supervising and monitoring the Housing Disrepair team.
- Assisting in the draft process and standard letters and documents within the team.
- Identifying training needs for the individuals under your leadership.
- Reviewing of files and providing support and advice as necessary.
- Auditing of Housing Disrepair files and providing feedback to Partners.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the success of the team and department.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Housing Disrepair litigation. Additionally:
- Be a strong team player with a positive, enthusiastic, conscientious and pro-active approach to the role.
- Have the ability to cope with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate behaviour in line with the firms core values.
- Have a keen eye for detail and organisational ability.
- Demonstrate a passion for ensuring the highest standards of client care are at the centre of everything undertaken by the team.
