Working as part of the established Family team who have gained an excellent reputation in family matters, the role involves providing best in class legal advice, with secretarial support, on 100% privately funded legal matters including:
- Divorce
- Ancillary Relief
- Finances
- Cohabitation Matters
- Children's Matters
The ideal candidate will be confident in handling a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters. Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will be an effective communicator and have a strong eye for detail.
It goes without saying a proven track record in a similar role is essential as my client needs someone who can hit the ground running on an already established caseload.
Most importantly, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a passion for Family law and a strong desire to gain the best outcome for their clients.
