My client, a niche practice in Manchester has a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team.
As part of their expansion plans they are looking to strengthen their litigation team with this appointment. The successful candidate will be responsible for successful management of a range of civil litigation / dispute resolution cases including:
- Property disputes
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Tax disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Immigration matters
Dealing with complex and non-routine claims. From the assessment and vetting of new claims and managing the case through to a satisfactory conclusion, exercising appropriate levels of delegation and risk management.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of successfully handing a diverse range of civil matters and be able to deliver the best client advice to ensure the best outcome for the client. It is expected that the successful candidate will be 4+ PQE although other experience levels would be considered.
