As you can imagine, this is a varied role and as the first Corporate Solicitor to join their team you will be handling a range of matters including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate Advisory
- Private Equity
- Re-organisations
- Player transfer funding / finance / discounting transactions
- Football club ownership related issues
- General Company Secretarial work for a variety of sporting bodies
