My client, a long established and successful specialist personal injury firm has an opening for an experienced and career minded Solicitor to hit the ground running and undertake a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters.
As you would expect, this role involves managing the claim from initial vetting through to successful conclusion.
Using Proclaim case management system, there would be administrative support to assist in the running of the files.
The main aim is to get the best possible outcome for the client and as such a high proportion of the matters will be litigated.
The successful candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running as there is a ready-made caseload just waiting for you.
It is anticipated that the role requires someone with a minimum of 3 years PQE in a similar claimant role.
