My client in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Care Solicitor to join their Care team.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work on a high-quality childcare caseload within a firm that takes a genuine interest in the individual.
The caseload consists of a mix of both publicly and privately funded care matters. Experience of legal aid would be an advantage but not essential.
You will need to be a qualified solicitor, with experience in all aspects of Public Law. You will have strong advocacy skills and be confident running your own sizeable caseload comprising of all aspects of Public Law matters.
You will be an organised and capable solicitor who really wants to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families.
I am really keen to hear from candidates who relish the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills further in this area of law, or from those who already have experience. Ideally you will have or be working towards Child Panel membership.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player dedicated to the further success of the department and maintaining the firm's excellent reputation in the region.
