My client has created a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join their HR and Resourcing Team in Manchester with a specific remit to work on attracting and recruiting a high calibre and diverse range of talent from Legal Apprentices, Paralegals, Legal Executives and Trainee Solicitors.
The role involves the end to end recruitment cycle, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a pipeline of high calibre and ambitious individuals are available to join the team at one of their national locations.
It is expected that there will be involvement with local schools, colleges and universities to engage with students of all levels and at any stage of their legal career. Actively promoting the firm via advertising, social media, careers fairs and networking opportunities.
The successful candidate must already be on their recruitment or HR career journey and ideally have experience of working within a professional services environment at Officer or Advisor level.
Confident, articulate and motivated to bring ideas to the table and work collaboratively with the wider Talent Attraction and Human Resources team to attract the right number of candidates to the firm.
Knowledge of legal apprenticeships and the SQE would be a distinct advantage. Additionally the ability to understand both external developments in the talent acquisition space and competitor activity would be advantageous.
