My Manchester based client is a growing, multi-discipline law firm and SRA approved training provider. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to secure the services of an experienced portal Fee Earner to work on a range of Employers Liability and Public Liability injury claims.
Working as part of the wider EL PL team the role involves taking on cases from initial instruction and progressing them through all stages of the MOJ portal. Claims will include infant claims proceeding to infant approval.
Working alongside EL PL Litigation Fee Earners, the successful person will be responsible for handling claims from acceptance to settlement within the MOJ Portal and out of portal cases in line with the company's best practices.
The appointed candidate will have previous experience of Fee Earning and a proven track record of managing EL and PL claims through all stages of the MOJ Portal.
It is expected that they will demonstrate the ability to work to targets and deadlines, along with having a sound knowledge of CPR for personal injury claims.
