Are you a seasoned Catastrophic / Senior Injury Solicitor?
My client is expanding their team and requires the expertise of a Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE to handle a complex injury caseload.
As you can expect, the role requires someone to undertake the following:
- Handling own caseload of litigated claimant personal injury work at a multi-track level with no direct supervision.
- Dealing with cases of complexity, causation arguments and denials of liability.
- Drafting schedules of special damages and assessing suitability awards for compensation for pain, suffering, loss of amenity and other general damages.
- Drafting court proceedings, dealing with allocation questionnaires, adhering to court directions and timescales, preparing relevant documents for disclosures, submitting evidence and instructing counsel / other appropriate experts as required.
A minimum of 8 years PQE along with proven experience of handling a mixed caseload of RTA, ELPL, Clinical Negligence and CICA injury claims with a minimum value of at least £25,000 from instruction to trial.
