My client, a niche legal practice in Manchester is seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team.
As you would expect, the role involves dealing with a range of matters including:
- Drafting wills and preparation of trusts
- Preparing powers of attorney
- Administering estates and trusts
- Advising in Inheritance Tax planning and issues
- Keeping clients up to date on progress of their file, acting in the clients best interest at all times.
- Managing the caseload effectively regarding cash flow through collections of monies on account and billing procedures.
- Ensuring that SRA and other relevant regulations are adhered to.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE. In addition they will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a mixed caseload unsupervised or with minimal supervision and have proven experience of wills, probate, trusts, tax and estate planning.
