Retained Search
Retained recruitment is not just for the most senior of positions, this method can be successfully applied to any permanent recruitment project. The benefits of retained recruitment is that you are guaranteed an outcome, you can spread the cost of the project and as the client your specific expectations will be agreed at the outset of the project. Retained recruitment can be used for a one-off hire or as an ongoing service to your firm.
